Tap 42 Craft Kitchen & Bar - Doral

I've been here several times with my family and we always have a great experience; Rob the bartender is a wonderful asset to Tap 42. He's polite and friendly and is great at suggesting food items. Hes a rockstar. Caitlyn, I believe thats her name is wonderful too. She has a wonderful personality. It's very important to have personable people working the bar, In my opinion. It enhances the experience and makes people feel great and extra happy to be there. Hmm, Food wise. The Happy hour apps are all phenomenal. My family loves the crispy rice with salmon, the ribs and the burgers. The food is always fresh and extra consistent.The impossible French dip is perfect for vegans and non meat eaters. It makes an impossible patty taste WOW. I dont eat meat, So im glad that you have an option for Vegans. Anything that you order with salmon is excellent. The fish sandwich is the best for fish lovers. The Mahi is seasoned to perfection. The tres leche is the best dessert in my opinion on my menu. It resembles the one from my favorite restaurant "Hillstone". It's an Americanized tres leche thats served with berries. It's very refreshing and not overwhelmingly sweet. You can't go wrong with anything that you order really. The spinach dip is excellent, I just dont think it's necessary to be served with sour cream, as the spinach dip is already rich, I think it pairs perfectly with the salsa. The sour cream never gets touched when we order it. The manager who usually says Hi to us, is very pretty and a nice lady. I think her name is Sabrina. She has red hair. It's so wonderful to see a lady running a restaurant, As a former food & beverage manager I can honestly say that this tap 42 is an incredible asset to Doral. The food is always fresh and consistent. The happy hour is phenomenal. The selection of music that they play is great. The only thing I wanted to say is that upper management should consider ordering a sports channel called MSG. it's good for certain sports games. A few times we wanted to watch a game and you guys didn't have that sports channel which is okay, but maybe it would be great if you can add it to your package for sports lovers!!! Asides from that, This is an excellent place thats recommended for everyone. Best of luck to the Tap 42 Family, May you stay in business for a long time. :)

This place was amazing, the burger was cooked the way I like, fries tasted amazing, and the drink was great. Do recommend going if you're new in town. The waiter helped us find the right food with his own. I recommend the goat burger if you're interested in a newly flavored burger. recommendations, 5 hands down.

Tap 42 was recommended to me by a friend, and I am so happy I took her advice. My server Kaitlyn guided me through the menu and gave great recommendations. She was so sweet and our drinks were never empty. Try the toasted coconut margarita, so yummy. Ended up doing all appetizers for the table. The truffle guacamole came to the table fast and was gone just as fast. Portions are big, drinks are tasty, service is fast.

This place is in a great location, where a variety of shops and entertainment venues exist. It has a very nice exterior and interior. There's indoor and outdoor seating for dining...nice bar area with fantastic daily deals...50% off for ladies on Thursday evenings [7- close]!!! We ordered calamari, lettuce wraps w/chicken, and the "Prohibition" burger. Everything was appealing and tasty. My two critiques are 1) they should use fresh oil in the evenings to, so the fried calamari can taste its freshest, and 2) they should select sturdier leaves of lettuce for the wraps b/c my leaves broke apart with each bite and made for a messy experience [even though it was delicious and flavorful feast]. I eventually ended up slicing portions of my wrap with my knife and eating the sliced bundles with my fork.

Kaitlyn was our server and she was absolutely amazing. Quick service, super nice and helpful, refilled our drinks without us even having to ask and just made the experience run so smoothly. The ambiance was great (music was maybe a little loud but it's okay). The food was great. We got the tower and loved it. The chicken lettuce wrap had a sauce that was a little too bitter so we weren't a fan of that one. But the chicken parm with vodka sauce was also super good. Overall would come again.

Great drinks. Great food. Great service. Had a wonderful time with a group of about 20 people. The servers were always coming around at the right time without being obtrusive

Very bad service not sure on the food yet cause we haven’t got it Took 40 minutes for me to get my drink and we’re still waiting on the food. Luke, the bar manager came by to give us his apologies and is trying to make it right food has arrived and is actually pretty good Chris our waiter handled things very well and it made a difference

1.) Jenny and Alejandro were both amazing!!! Great service, always with a smile. They both gave us our drinks and food fast and both checked on us! The timing for the refills was perfect. 2.) Everyone enjoyed their meals. I’m vegetarian and was pleasantly surprised they had vegetarian options, such as the Impossible burger. It was so good! It tasted like real meat! The horseradish sauce was soooo good. And the mushroom broth was so good on the side. Definitely one of the best vegetarian burgers I’ve ever had in my life. The display for the food was also aesthetic and beautiful. 3.) The seating was comfortable and the art inside was pretty. The music inside made it perfect for the younger groups and for those more into partying. Just only a little hard to have a conversation inside. But everything else was great!
